Troseal 350 Polyurethane Grout is a hydrophobic single component grout based on MDI polyurethane. The system will only react when in contact with water producing a semi-Flexible polyurethane foam. Hydrophobic chemical grouts can have an aggressive expansion; expansion can be as much as 30 times in volume. Troseal 350 grout repels water after activation. Particularly for inter middle concrete panel slabs/ the porous/ honeycomb/c rack line to very effectively stop water seepage. It acts against the water and expands 3000% of its volume within 12 seconds. It forms into a semi flexible and closely- packed cell without becoming porous/brittle, rapidly chasing out the water in the voids and replacement by PU form permanent stay. Highly recommended following second pass with Troseal 450 system to fill up the gaps of less than 3% shrinkage of form according LTA requirements.
